The flowers are absolutely beautiful, and came very nicely packaged. I appreciated receiving a 5-minute warning text before the drop-off too, so that I didn’t need to stand around to wait for the delivery during the 4-hour delivery window. I had a great experience in terms of receiving efficient service, beautiful flowers, and very detailed instructions on how to keep my bouquet alive as long as possible. I highly recommend Tonic Blooms!

Amazing customer service, experience and more importantly for me was how the flowers are packaged when I picked them up, and also the water bag inside the denim is a very neat idea to make them last even when not in a vase, thank you! Will be ordering again in the future *the flowers in the picture are 2 and a half days old*

Great correspondence with Team at Tonic Blooms. Kept me up to date on day and time of delivery. My family took a picture of the bouquet and sent it to me. It looked fresh and beautiful. Family said it was beautiful. Thank you Tonic Blooms for top notch service, delivery and product!

The "Free Spirit" roses I received are gorgeous. I really appreciated the delivery updates and care tips (24 hours after delivery), on how to best take care of these roses. I usually have terrible success with roses and they never last for me. 😔 But these ones are next level. The colour and size of each stem is fabulous, I love them. 🧡💛🧡💛

Tonic Blooms were amazing. We had to change the delivery date and time and Elizabeth was on it immediately. The delivery (in the very cold weather) was exceptional. I love Tonic Blooms! Since receiving a beautiful bouquet from Tonic Blooms years ago, they have become one of my absolute Toronto favourites for fresh, modern and well priced flowers for all occasions at home or to send as gifts. The incredible peonies and ranunculus are my particular favourites and they always seem to have a beautiful selection of them. This is a trustworthy company that always delivers on time and never disappoints! Highly recommend.

I always have an amazing experience with Tonic Blooms. I treated myself to a cheerful bouquet and am enjoying every bit of it. I love watching the flowers change from slightly opened buds to full, gorgeous blooms. I have roses, ranunculus, and freesia; the delightful fragrance is intoxicating.

I can’t say enough great things about Tonic Blooms. After discovering them 5+ years ago, I refuse to use any other florist. Their arrangements are consistently stunning, fresh, and beautifully designed. Most recently, I ordered sympathy flowers for a 9am funeral service the next day. A staff member personally called and messaged me offering to deliver them that evening to ensure they arrived on time. That level of proactive care and customer service is hard to find these days. In moments that matter most, you want to trust that everything will be handled with care and professionalism and Tonic Blooms does exactly that. I’m beyond impressed and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality and stunning floral arrangements.

My husband has once had a disappointing flower bouquet delivered to me, and then he contacted Tonic Blooms about it. They sent me an extra bouquet to try and turn around the bad flowers I had received. Since then, I’ve gotten many flowers from them. It never disappoints.
